Michael S. Fox, has been appointed to the North Carolina Railroad Company Board of Directors by Governor Roy Cooper. Fox will fill the remainder of the unexpired term previously held by Nina Schlosberg-Landis. Fox, a Greensboro resident, is a partner at Tuggle Duggins, P.A., and is currently Chairman of the North Carolina Board of Transportation.
“Michael Fox brings considerable knowledge and experience to the NCRR Board of Directors,” says NCRR Board of Directors Chairman Bill Bell. “Michael offers decades of expertise as an attorney and will provide valuable insight and perspective as Chairman of the NCDOT Board.”
